Overview
The IceDock Fillet Cooler reimagines the traditional marine cooler by integrating fish processing, storage, and organization into a single product. Designed for anglers, the concept combines everyday cooling performance with dedicated features that simplify cleaning, filleting, and handling fish directly on the water.
The Problem
Traditional coolers only provide cold storage, forcing anglers to carry additional equipment for fish preparation and organization.
Common pain points include:
• Separate fillet boards
• Loose knives and tools
• No integrated measuring surface
• Cluttered boat decks
• Difficult cleanup after filleting

Concept Exploration
Early concept sketches investigated multiple cooler layouts, lid configurations, and feature integration. The primary focus was creating a compact solution that combined storage, fish preparation, and organization without increasing the product's overall footprint.
